Amanda Cumberbatch, Uniting WA

Tower and WACOSS Scholarship Announcement

On 25 March, at their first program cohort of 2021, the Entry to the C-Suite® program welcomed Uniting WA as the recipient of the joint WACOSS (Western Australia Council of Social Services) and Tower Human Capital scholarship (valued at $15,000).

We are very pleased to have Amanda Cumberbatch, Manager Financial Services participating in the program as the scholarship holder and Amanda Hunt, CEO participating as her Sponsor.

Entry to the C-Suite® is a sponsorship and career readiness program for women. It aims to build the pool of females in the C-Suites of WA organisations, and to achieve real outcomes that make a positive contribution to gender equity and to the career advancement of senior women. The first program was launched in collaboration with CEOs for Gender Equity (CGE) in September 2017.

The participation of sponsors develops sponsorship skills in senior leaders and encourages knowledge sharing amongst participating organisations

Participants are equipped with career development and leadership tools that encourage self-awareness, build ownership of their careers and empower individuals towards achieving their career ambitions.

Congratulations Amanda!
