Tower Human Capital’s Entry to the C-Suite program was the course I didn’t know I needed! Throughout the journey I learned more about myself in the 6 months than I had in a long time, taking an arms-length view of what I am really looking for in my career and the value that I have to offer.

The facilitators were excellent, allowing space for constructive discussion amongst the cohort and providing guidance in just the right places. Through facilitated sessions we were able to unlock our key values, align them to core strengths and set a plan for our future. Having spent the past decade grinding my way up the corporate ladder, I suddenly found myself in my early 30’s, feeling stuck and without any real focus or understanding of where I wanted to take my career next and how to achieve this.  The multifaceted program takes small groups of women in leadership roles from different industries who are all on very individual journeys and provides them with a vehicle in which they can pause, reflect, learn, share stories, plan for the future and give back – which was exactly what I needed and came at just the right time.

The most valuable and transformative component of the Entry to the C-Suite program for me was gained through the sharing of stories. These were provoked through the learnings and then facilitated through group discussions, keynote speakers, one-on-one coaching, sponsor framework, and networking events. These conversations provided me with new perspectives and were such a powerful way to gain confidence in myself and my own journey.
