In partnership with CEOs for Gender Equity (CGE), we launched our inaugural Entry to the C-Suite^® program in September last year.

Entry to the C-Suite^® requires each organisation to identify a high potential female along with an executive sponsor to be on the program. Programs focus on the practice of Sponsorship, Career and Personal Insight, Career Vision, Resilience, Executive Presence, Personal Brand and Making it Happen through workshops supported by 1:1 coaching for participants over a 6 month period.

Paying-it-forward and having an impact on gender equity outcomes are key elements of Entry to the C-Suite^®. Now that the workshop and coaching components have concluded for our first cohort, the participants are looking at how they can make their contribution. They recently got together to brainstorm what they can do collectively. We are looking forward to sharing updates with you over the coming months.
