Leadership blind spots: Everyone has them

The Management Research Group (MRG) recently published unique research on ‘Leadership Blind Spots’—those areas where our own self-perception differs from how others perceive us. Using data from the 360 feedback of around 40,000 leaders globally, MRG has assembled some interesting findings:

360-degree feedback can be very powerful. It provides “opportunities for leaders to find greater self-awareness and develop themselves in ways that really matter to themselves and those around them”— their stakeholders.

Blind Spots are common. 

Leaders have an average of 7.6 Blind Spots out of 22 leadership behaviours.
