LEAD: A leadership development program for senior leaders

Mid-last year, rare earths organisation Lynas Corporation engaged Tower to create a leadership development program for its senior leaders.

Lynas has a highly diverse workforce of over 650 people across Malaysia and Western Australia, and employees from over 16 different nationalities. Lynas identified that it was important to have a common language and practice around leadership so that they could continue their performance and growth journey to underpin their success.

With a strong focus on how the leadership skills, behaviours and thinking of individuals collectively shape the organisational culture of Lynas, Tower worked with Lynas to develop ‘LEAD’.

39 leaders across Malaysia and Western Australia progressed through the program.

Helping leaders to develop an understanding of their performance capabilities, challenges and underlying motivators (Hogan) and gaining insight of how leaders see themselves, and how they are perceived by others – self- and 360-assessments (MRG LEA 360)
