In September 2017, in conjunction with Tania Cecconi from CEOs for Gender Equity (CGE), we launched the first Entry to the C-Suite® program with our sponsors and participants.
There was energy in the room as we spoke about the complimentary mix of group and individual sessions that will focus on sponsorship, career orientation, building resilience and learning how to ‘make it happen’ – for themselves and for others – over the next 6-months.
Along with a strong focus on career readiness, the program takes a holistic view of how to shift gender equity at senior levels by:
- Focusing on senior leadership readiness for women to enter the C-Suite
- Working with women to ensure they are prepared and ready to enter the C-Suite
After the session, our clients, supporters and friends of the program joined the participants and sponsors for a networking event.
It was also great to have Anna Dartnell from Women in Operations, Alison Selman from Women in Subsea Engineering and Michael Harris from CPA Australia join us at the launch. In addition, we would like to thank Michael for generously providing the venue for our program.
